Woken up by dh shouting. UNABLE to wake up after 2 hours even with set alarm. Fell asleep without brushing teeth AGAIN.

Left water bottle on the kitchen table next to the sink overnight. Water now tastes or smells like the SEWERS and CHEMICALS.

What happened yesterday and this morning were VERY DEPRESSING.

ON-OFF HEADACHE threatening to start after i started TALKING BACK to banging NOISES below.

VPN app initializing connection and about to start but suddenly STOPS then starts at the beginning again.

I have already stopped and disabled another VPN app (which I use only to update the current VPN) but i keep having the same issue for almost a week now.
 
Its possible that the perps are using the other less used vpn app as an EXCUSE to BLOCK my internet connection AGAIN.  This had NEVER HAPPENED before.

Lower left molar SUDDEN GROWING PAIN for NO REASON. I just failed to brush my teeth since i was FORCED to sleep last night.

It was NOT like this on other similar instances or under similar circumstances.

Lower left back molar still VERY PAINFUL even after i had brushed my teeth until i placed metal right next to my skin.  Pain had waned a bit but still VERY SORE and TENDER.

I have NEVER left my room except on very rare instances but lots of DIRT stick to my fingers and finger nails whenever i scratch my HAIR

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
