EXTREME HEADACHE awhile ago and in some kind of TRANCE earlier  where I CANT seem to hear anything else EXCEPT to WATCH TV made me FORGET to pickup a  package that was delivered earlier.

HEADACHE starts again with IDEA that it's due to watching TV.  It HURTS if I DONT or STOP watching TV.

Both sides of my head (just above both ears) including the sides of my neck are WARM and VERY PAINFUL NOW.

Toilet still CLOGGED with water RISING to the surface.

Laundry for ALMOST A YEAR now still left UNWASHED (including underclothes). Have NOT bathed for almost 6 months, and my room is still in a state of CHAOS since I tried to reorganize it last January.

Noticed that new phone while being used as surveillance cam (placed at the door facing puffer room) WONT OPEN when there's a sim card inside even if it's switched off.

ON-OFF HEADACHE. CANT get up. Muscles on my back getting WEAK.   CANT KEEP my head up.  Feeling TOO WARM.  Back of head and neck VERY WARM.  

App was LAGGING UNTIL i POINTED my phone next to the BACK of my NECK.

CANT MOVE. Both eyes with VERY ITCHY corners starting to get DROWSY.

POUNDING headache after i used the toilet and went to the kitchen to get water.  I NEVER got any. Had to put metal headbands on my head to help diminish some of the pain. But it's NOT enough.

I am back to just SITTING DOWN.

EXTREMELY SORE and TOO WARM on my upper torso including upper arms. CANT SIT UP straight or keep my head up and hold my phone.

I haven't brushed my teeth since i was forced to sleep this morning.  Teeth and molars are getting SORE.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
