TOO PAINFUL and SORE feeling on shoulder, upper arms and back as I bend a little to cover my computer. PAINFUL feeling LINGERS even when I paused and sat back.

CANT MOVE AT ALL to prepare for bed. When I stand up my legs GET VERY SORE and I had to sit back down again.

Woke up to the sound of NONSTOP door knocking on puffer fish room with no one answering. Texted the guards and in what seemed like less than 5 seconds someone who sounded like the guard spoke and started knocking on the door too.  

The puffer whore then promptly opened the door saying she was "reviewing" .

Smell of INSECTICIDE still LINGERING in the room. My nose is ALWAYS CLOGGED so the ODOR must be STRONG as I can still smell it.

Some mins ago RECURRING dull SLAPS or AGGRESSIVE noises from a room down the hallway while I was at the door opening the locks.

2025-06-09-15: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
