Lower back near the tailbone has developed VERY ITCHY RASHES too.

Woke up with a VERY SORE lower back, sides and STOMACH (feels BLOATED) even if I ate a meal before going to bed. Videoke playing local songs. 

SWEATY even if it's CHILLY. Rashes on my backside are ITCHY AGAIN.

Fell asleep this morning WITHOUT brushing my teeth due to PAINFUL DROWSINESS again. Teeth starting to feel SORE.

VERY DROWSY.  CANT stand up to PUT leftover FOOD (fast going bad) in the fridge.

Food left outside the fridge overnight GOES BAD FASTER than before.

Chest getting EVEN MORE SORE with HEAVY PALPITATIONS.  Had to lie down for awhile.  Still have NOT brushed teeth and put away food (not all are leftovers).

Woke up. Was UNABLE to wake up earlier to brush my teeth and put food in the fridge.

Music with REPETITIVE one-note only loud BASS starts to play from outside.

Food (3 large containers) given by sister on her birthday yesterday afternoon which I was UNABLE to place in the FRIDGE this morning due to PAINFUL FORCED SLEEP had already GONE BAD.

Now I don't have anything to eat.

Meanwhile VIDEOKE (going loud when I am at the kitchen then soft when I am not) continued with same songs (Pambihira, Makarena, Anak, Stuck On You, Stay With Me) before shifting to background music.

While standing at the kitchen and heating up the SPOILED food (to salvage what I can), lower back starts to get VERY PAINFUL followed by sensation UP MY ASS.

There seems to be lower power supply. Electric fan in use suddenly FALTERED when I tried to hook up a smaller electric fan to another AVR.

LOUD BASS beat continued. Suddenly went from SOFT to LOUD when I wrote the above.

STILL heating up and TRYING to SALVAGE food that had GONE BAD.  I had been doing this since I woke up this morning.

TOO WARM feeling and VERY SWEATY DESPITE the cool breeze outside. It was also CLOUDY the whole day. HEAVY PALPITATIONS.  

Only got to brush my teeth JUST NOW due to the CLUTTER of CONTAINERS (BLOCKING the SMALL SINK) which I had to KEEP around while heating the spoiled food which would NOT HAVE BEEN THE CASE if I was able to PUT THEM AWAY in the fridge before I was PAINFULLY FORCED or REMOTELY TORTURED to go to bed this morning.

RECURRING LOUD CACKLES from outside the direction of the door (kitchen area) and now somewhere above outside the window as I sat down to rest my legs.

Still UNFINISHED heating up food that had gone bad.
