Head VERY PAINFUL ON-OFF.  CANT DO ANYTHING.  Trying to wash some dishes on the sink but head keeps HURTING in ways that I CANT EXPLAIN.  

Had to sit down and got VERY CROSS.  VERY WARM and SORE feeling at back of head and neck starts.

Had NOT DONE anything productive since I woke up yesterday morning except for an hour's work.
