TOO WARM feeling from the neck up. TIGHT and HEAVY sensation on my eyes and forehead. CANT THINK and had to stop preparing for bed and write this down since I CANT THINK or remember a simple task that I was about to do next.  These TORTURES are FURTHER DELAYING my sleep.

It also makes me HEAVILY DISORIENTED and I kept STUMBLING into things like the electric fan and hurting myself.  I could NOT even brush my teeth.

I did not sleep all the way till the next morning for the past two nights and I have NEVER felt these VERY PAINFUL and SORE sensations in my eyes.

Saw 2 adult ROACHES crawling on the sink and on the kitchen floor despite the fact that I spray the floor and the screen door with vinegar almost EVERY NIGHT. I had even placed some napthalene balls along the screen door and under the kitchen sink.

IDEA claims that the perps had DRILLED a WHOLE in the kitchen wall and had been inserting roaches thru there to HARASS me ever since.

Woke up with a VERY PAINFUL lower back and all around my waist line.  Air seemed to be moving around my stomach making me want to move my bowels (lbm) PAINFULLY.

Last night there were LOUD ANGRY BANGING coming from the room. 

Got TWITCHES on my left leg while writing this.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
