Sudden HEADACHE when i sat down for awhile before brushing my teeth

Woke up around 9 AM. While about to wash dishes and pouring diluted liquid soap SUDDEN STENCH of stagnant water FILLS the air. 

When i put the soap sponge to my nose the smell was the OPPOSITE. 

Now my scalp is SO ITCHY that i had to clean up my hair using wet wipes and my bare hands.

Upper scalp area above both ears VERY ITCHY now followed by my ears and earlobes. 

Head feels TOO WARM. It should be feeling COOL now after my "massage."

Lower ab getting SORE and PAINFUL.

IDEA that i am leaving and lower left ab SUDDENLY starts to HURT. Feel like in a TRANCE and CANT OPEN my eyes wide enough.

Head gets VERY HEAVY again and I get the IDEA again that i am leaving. This is PROMPTLY followed by a PRICK in my left nostril making my nose ITCH and RUNNY and my eyes WATER. 

I also CANNOT stand up right now to prepare for bed due to my VERY HEAVY and VERY DISORIENTED HEAD.

NAGGING IDEA that i need to readjust the way I leave the door ajar (for air to circulate) when i lock it up at night. 

So now I have to UNLOCK and RELOCK the door again. I was NOT given this IDEA EARLIER. 

These perps are definitely DELAYING my sleep so I would have less time (and earnings) to work online since I am MOST LIKELY to wake up LATE AGAIN tomorrow.

Earlier i could NOT even or BARELY TURN around as if my arms and chest were PINNED or TIED to a WALL.

Just unlocked and opened the main door to let some light into my dark and damp small room. Puffer fish (assaulting whore) started to SCOLD someone ALOUD from behind the door.
