Woke up 3rd time. Same VERY STIFF and SORE lower back and right flank.  Someone just left from puffer fish room with a mild but still LOUD door SLAM followed by another from the far end of the hallway. 

AVR I transferred to my sister (so I could buy a heavy duty type) had also started to HEAT UP. She lives in a separate building. 

She is also experiencing NOISE harassment with next door neighbors (door SLAMS, kids noise etc).

It's COOL outside which is usually the case at night.

Went to bed.  Nose starts to ITCH AS SOON AS I LIED DOWN.  Right eye still VERY IRRITATED and forming STICKY MUCUS even after i rinsed it with clean water.

Feeling VERY WARM and SWEATY.

Went to bed.  UNNATURALLY HOT feeling AGAIN making me VERY SWEATY (and STINGING skin due to RASHES) even if there's a COOL breeze outside. 

Nose starts to ITCH.  Palate VERY SORE and seem to be SWELLING.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
