Sudden VERY PAINFUL PRICKING URGE to pee followed by a PUSHING sensation.

The other day there was an instance when it felt like something was CONSTRICTED in my lower ab while I was emptying my bladder so much so that NOT everything came out.

SUDDEN DROWSINESS followed by a VERY ITCHY nose.  STRONG MOLDS smell.

Woke up. Right nostril CLOGGED. SEWERS smell.

VERY ITCHY nose. SNEEZING.  VERY RUNNY nose.

RECURRING COLD SHARP feeling going up and down my CHEST.
