NONSTOP ITCHING on my face starts.

Nose starting to CLOG UP.  Throat IRRITATED.

Earlier there was a LOT of NEGATIVE IDEAS entering my head.  Chest was VERY PAINFUL.  Now I feel so tired but these niggers are still NOT LETTING UP.  Tobacco smoke CONTINUES to enter my room. My chest HURTS and is BEING REMOTELY SQUEEZED with each PUFF of smoke the nigger outside BLOWS into my room.

I just heard one of the doors nearby (nanny whore's) down the hallway close QUIETLY and the smell of smoke had diminished.

SMOKE seems to have STARTED AGAIN then SUDDENLY STOPPED as i wrote this.

Being FORCED to lie down on my stuff that are still on the bed (crushed one side of my glasses). 

Chest PAIN just kept RECURRING NONSTOP.

Went to bed. Start to smell SMOKE AGAIN..

Water and water bottle after rinsing smelled less like an insecticide.  But after laying it down on the floor for some minutes the smell is back. 

While writing this the SMELL coming from the door GOT STRONGER.

VERY PAINFUL and IRRITATING feeling on my chest stomach and on upper back while playing a short game.  NAGGING IDEAS and ACCUSATIONS about WASTING TIME with developing PANICK ATTACKS start.

Computer FREEZING when car below started SLAMMING doors and making NOISE.

While washing dishes, NAGGING IDEA that i should HURRY UP followed by a SUDDEN VERY PAINFUL URGE to pee.  I had just finished washing which only took 15 mins.

NONSTOP ITCHING on left cheek after brushing teeth.  A small WELT had just formed.  I use filtered water and i rinse my lower face MANY TIMES after brushing.
