The pain and TIGHT feeling is  promptly diminished (but not eradicated) when i put a neutral object on top of my head.

Legs and underside GETTING remotely ELECTROCUTED. CANT sit still and my bum is getting TOO SORE no matter how I shift my sitting position.

I am not even doing anything stressful but just browsing. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Woke up around 9PM. Currently online and connection kept DROPPING.

Could NOT update computer BIOS as connection kept DROPPING ON and OFF OVER and OVER. 

When i finally paused the update I COULD NOT access the online worksites due to NO connection AT ALL even if the system says there is. I have a PENDING EXAM for a new project which I needed to take asap.

Tablet remotely FORCED TO SHUT DOWN and STUCK now on the opening screen as it tries to boot back up.

Woke up a few mins ago. I was too DROWSY when I heard the alarm go off at 10:30 AM. Unconsciously went back to sleep and forgot there will be parcels delivered today. 

As usual the simple plan to wake up before 12PM got SABOTAGED again. I felt fine before going to bed this morning but I woke up with the usual HEAVY head like i have NOT SLEPT in years.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
