Went to rest for awhile due to a sudden OVERWHELMING feeling of tiredness. Had not brushed teeth yet.

Right ear NONSTOP ITCHING. Car door SLAMS just below my window.

Woke up. Was UNABLE to wake up EARLIER after an hour of rest DESPITE the set alarm on my phone which I DO NOT recall hearing AT ALL. 

Fell asleep WITHOUT brushing teeth, turning off the voltage regulator (which has gotten ABNORMALLY WARM now since no working appliance was plugged into it), switching off the surge protector (where the VR was plugged into), and turning off an ordinary power strip. 

Dh AGGRESSIVE verbal noises while i was at the door.

I am having FLASHBACKS that i turned these devices off.  

Lately I have recurring IDEAS with images in my head that i DID certain things but it turns out that i HAVE NOT.

Top area of my knee was REMOTELY made to HURT as i stood up to turn the faucet off on an overflowing pail.

When i was about to turn my tablet's audio it was REMOTELY FORCED to auto shut down again and UNABLE TO BOOT back up but got STUCK on the opening screen.

STENCH from the sewers since i woke up but had to defer from turning on electric fan to let the voltage regulator (left on for more than 5 hours without any working appliance) cool off. 

Even reading light is LIMITED as i try to use the power strip SPARINGLY to let it rest after i left it on also for MORE THAN 5 hours without any working electrical device attached to it.

Being INDUCED TO feel VERY ANGRY over a game. 

A particular user is a nigger who knows when i am making a move and DOES EVERYTHING to GET AHEAD of my score within a few seconds whenever my game's defenses are down.

Still feeling VERY TIRED even if i had NOT DONE ANYTHING since i woke up and CANT STAND UP properly.

It's only now that i was able to brush my teeth since last night. 

Kitchen as CLOGGED as ever and dishes have PILED UP. Cheeks NONSTOP ITCHING while washing the dishes etc.

Cable TV still NOT WORKING. 

When i am working or about to i get TORTURED and all sorts of INTERFERENCES causing me to LOOSE HOURS of paid work.  But when I decide to take a break from work for a few days my source of entertainment (cable TV) gets SCREWED and NAGGING IDEAS start in my head that I should be working BY NOW. 

KILL these DEGENERATES NOW.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. 2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
