I did NOT qualify for the project.  Wrists and fingers were VERY SORE while taking the exam.  PAIN disappeared after I finished with the exam.  There was also a VERY STRONG SOUR STENCH coming from the outside while I was taking the exam.

Also noticed that electricity bill has been QUITE HIGH lately even if i RARELY COOK and my mother does NOT live with me anymore.  

IDEA that the nigger who's INTERFERING with my room's electric current is using a JUMPER to SIPHON and use my electric supply causing LOW electric voltage (which BURNED my electric fan) and JACKED UP my electric BILL by 50% for the past months (from Php300+ to 600+), which I am PERSONALLY PAYING FOR. 

THESE NIGGERS' ABUSES AND STEALING HAVE CONTINUED ON FOR FAR TOO LONG.

This also reminds me, a few months ago, of the electric stove that SPARKED and BURNED OUT causing the wall outlet to EXPLODE.  I had no idea then that it was caused by a low electric current but I knew that the perps around me had EVERYTHING to do with it. 

Up to now the outlet remains UNFIXED and i had been using the outlet inside the bathroom (via an extension) to heat up my food.

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on.
