While talking to sister dh kept BANGING a pail outside (knowing I will not reiterate with sister on the phone) while throat kept getting STUCK until i CLEARED IT with a LOUD growl. 

Water tasted or has the smell of INSECT REPELLANT when i drank from my water bottle (with a lid) that i placed on the kitchen counter (which is next to the door). 

Even the rice which I left partially covered (to prevent accumulating too much moisture and getting sour) held a CHEMICAL after-taste. 

I leave the main door partially open at night due to the OVERLY WARM TEMPERATURE in the room but a harmless insect spray from the hallway can't cause this much impact UNLESS IT WAS SPRAYED DIRECTLY INTO or RIGHT OUTSIDE MY DOOR with an I COMING WIND while I slept. 

Earlier CANT WAKE UP again due to HEAVINESS and SORENESS on the chest and back giving me an OVERLY TIRED feeling.

Stomach seem to be hurting after i drank the insecticide-tasting water earlier.

Feeling CONSIDERABLY PISSED now with ANGRY IDEAS that EVERYTHING is made SO GODDAM DIFFICULT by the niggers who are REMOTELY TORTURING EVERYDAY.

Also having issues with my water filter pitcher. Unfiltered water is SEEPING into the reservoir for clean water due to a faulty rubber seal. 

It was in GOOD CONDITION yesterday. Now all of a sudden after the INSECTICIDE taste in my water I find out there's LEAK in my water filter.  

Isn't that too much of a coincidence. There are suspicions that these niggers were ABLE to GET INTO my room again while i slept last night despite the LOCKS on my door (but 1/4 open to let the air in) by using very thin kids like before with the Indian nationals who lived next door and was getting into my room via the window.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. 2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
