While preparing for bed stomach SUDDENLY BLOATES and GETS PAINFUL.  Had to lie down for a while before brushing my teeth.

Earlier while at the kitchen to brush my teeth a dh below growled. 

Some loud unintelligible flak below the window.

Felt SLEEPY and took a nap around 12PM  but CANT SEEM TO WAKE UP.  This was my 2nd ATTEMPT TO WAKE UP and to GET UP.

Tablet was remotely forced to SHUT DOWN and STUCK WHILE TRYING TO BOOT UP. Its OVERHEATING now. 

Busy raising disputes with 2 overseas sellers (china) who refused to refund one DAMAGED and one WRONG sent item.

Mother seems to be having unwarranted leg problems.  Suspected REMOTELY INDUCED as she has NOT been going out  for over 3 months now due to the pandemic.

Accidentally deleted EVERYTHING starting from my last entry til now.

As I wrote just now before it got DELETED TOGETHER with other entries, I CANT MOVE since EVERYTIME I MOVE the OVERLY WARM feeling on my left shoulder and upper back and neck gets WARMER and starts to STING.   SHARP VERY ITCHY STINGING PRICKLY HEAT on in my left nostril when I wrote this. 

I also wrote earlier that my stomach was BLOATING and I CANT EAT ANYMORE.  Later on still having INDIGESTION even if i DID NOT FINISH my lunch. DID NOT HAVE breakfast either and the piece of cake that i ate seemed TASTELESS.

Big electric fan makes noises when it is plugged into a wall outlet adjacent to the room next door. But otherwise when it is plugged into the outlet next to the window.

Cool breeze coming from outside but WARM or HEAT WAVE seem to be coming from below my room (1st floor).

I can suddenly feel the cool breeze as the VERY WARM feeling diminished as soon as i wrote the above.

WARM feeling starts AGAIN as soon as i DRANK SOME water. It seems that these PERPS DONT want me to drink water so I will get DEHYDRATED.

PAIN ALL OVER and TIREDNESS starts after my left bum with the developing PSORIASIS started to ITCH again.

I am NOT even DOING ANYTHING yet except put away some packaging stuff which have been PILING UP while being GRILLED inside my own room.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
