IDEA that i will be RELEASED from this PAIN if i took a nap as i need to REST MORE during my monthly cycle.

Fell asleep and woke up BUT PAIN CONTINUES to WEIGH ME DOWN and BEDRIDDEN until i started to play my audio files.
Earlier, i got same idea to play my audio files but DEBILITATING PAIN GOT WORSE just by THINKING ABOUT the IDEA.
My monthly cycle started yesterday and the perps are USING this as an EXCUSE AGAIN to TORTURE me with NERVE and SPINAL PAIN and make me BEDRIDDEN. I could NOT even STAND UP to prepare a meal and i have NOT HAD ANYTHING since morning.
I have been planning to open my packages from my recent and past online purchases which are PILING UP and ADDING TO THE GENERAL CLUTTER in my STILL DISORGANISED room but it GETS RUINED OR DELAYED EVERY TIME by this VERY PAINFUL and DEBILITATING REMOTE NERVE TORTURE.

FORCED to sleep about 2 hours ago by NONSTOP DROWSINESS and NERVE PAIN.
Then i am WOKEN UP by teenage dhs GROWLS and SHOUTS like they are WAKING UP some STRAY ANIMAL on the street. This is then followed by a FAKE GAME of badminton as they SHOUT INSULTS and VERBAL ATTACKS for EACH and EVERY swing of their rackets.
