Woke up.  CANT GET UP.  Lower back VERY PAINFUL and STIFF.  When i placed my back against aluminum the pain PROMPTLY diminished including the BLOCKAGE in my nose. 

But there's still PAIN COMING from the front of my stomach which is still left BARE and WITHOUT protection. 

Radio BLARING with some talk show about relationships.

Upper right molar VERY SORE.  Fell asleep last night WITHOUT BRUSHING my teeth again.

LOUD BEAT MUSIC has turned into a NOISY CHANTING GIBBERISH before it turned into a LOUD SCATTERED BEAT without any words

All my CHORES still LEFT HANGING with ALL the NONSTOP REMOTE TORTURE and DIZZINESS SLOWING ME DOWN.

It's like there's SO MUCH STATIC and ARGUMENT GOING ON at the back of my head.

Got up to check on running water and felt WARM HEAVY and SORE feeling at the back of my head making me feel like KEELING OVER.

It's like the same thing that made me SPRAIN my left hand and fingers and what made me STUMBLE and FALL INJURING my legs and knee on the rocky floor while running in a casual or friendly race a long time ago.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
