While doing off heard a spraying sound outside the door.  Seem to smell insecticide

VERY SORE on the back and chest.  HEADACHE starts.  SNEEZING when i lied down again.

Woke up.   Head chest shoulders and upper back VERY HEAVY and SORE.

Chest gets SORE.  DONT FEEL LIKE DOING ANYTHING.

CANT DO ANYTHING EXCEPT EAT.   Was planning on taking a bath today but NOW I DONT THINK I CAN.

Having SO MUCH PAIN when i stand up.  Still CANT MOVE my VERY STIFF UPPER ARMS.  VERY DROWSY.

Tablet AUTO SHUT DOWN when i started to play some audio.

Earlier VERY DROWSY BUT CANT SLEEP when i lied down.  Now VERY SORE ALL OVER and CANT GET UP AT ALL with SUDDEN EXTREME PAIN at the back of my neck when I try to clear up space to set up my computer.

Had NOT DONE ANYTHING THE WHOLE DAY except sit down and watch TV or shop online on my mobile phone. 

Now i have to lie down again as EXTREME SORE PAIN at the back of my neck is WEIGHING ME DOWN.
