NAGGING IDEA that i have HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE and UNHEALTHY EATING HABITS.  It's  as if i have forgotten that these perps are the ones INDUCING the SUDDEN HUNGER PANGS and i am also getting MANY IDEAS that i am NOT EATING ENOUGH so i HAD TO EAT BEFORE i go to bed.

The THROBBING PAIN in my head also gets REDUCED when i play something LOUD.

Was NOT ABLE to do much for the WHOLE DAY yesterday due to NONSTOP TORTURE to my nervous system.

Now i am UNDECIDED if i should just GO to BED instead of continuing where i left off to REORGANIZE my STILL VERY CLUTTERED room.

My UNWASHED LAUNDRY has been STUCK for more than 3 MONTHS now (including my underwears etc).  I have been wearing the same shirt/s for MORE THAN A MONTH NOW.

These DEBILITATING REMOTE TORTURES just WONT STOP.

I would get REASSURING IDEAS that i could do my chores SOON but COME NEXT DAY I GET TORTURED AGAIN and EVEN WORSE.

Subtle music playing somewhere (Ever Since the World Began) with the lyrics "it was part of the plan" CONSTANTLY REPEATING.  IDEA that it was referring to the NONSTOP TORTURE yesterday.  Not to mention for the PAST MANY MONTHS.

These perps still think they can GET AWAY with WHAT THEY DID and ARE STILL DOING UP TO NOW.  And that a little song and dance number will make me ACCEPT their LAME EXCUSES that ALL THESE TORTURES, BRAINWASHING and SENSITIZING COERCIONS are MEANT TO BE as determined by DECENT people like them.

So i am quite sure that THEY TOO WILL ACCEPT and FULLY UNDERSTAND that the BANKRUPTCY and MANY OTHER DISASTERS meant to ANNIHILATE THEM ALL IS ALSO MEANT TO BE.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
