NAGGING IDEAS that i ought to be doing something else.  Kids LOUD remarks upstairs outside my window.

VERY PAINFUL ULCER like feeling in my tummy starting from my left side.  TWITCHES on my left leg when i wrote this.

Stomach feels VERY TIGHT FOR NO REASON.   Kid SHRIEKING next door (abs cbn nun).

While feeding pets VERY PAINFUL URGE TO PEE with SHARP PAINFUL HEADACHE and SUDDEN VERY HEAVY DIZZY FEELING making me want to sit down, followed by PUSHING SENSATION on my lower ab making me almost urinate in my pants.
