CANT GET UP and STOP WATCHING TV.  Whenever i do i feel something PAINFUL and i had to sit down again.  I CANT even prepare my own meal.

Woke up a few mins ago.  Fell asleep this morning around 2-3AM.  SNEEZING.  Left nostril CLOGS UP.  It's raining outside.

Sink still VERY CLOGGED.

HEAVY feeling with EXTREME DISCOMFORT and some DIZZINESS when i start to do something.

Music and/or sharp noises usually dispel some of the dizziness and lethargic or painful feeling so istart playing my audio.  SLAMMING or VIOLENT NOISES follow 

HAVE NOT DONE ANY WORK ONLINE OR ANYTHING PRODUCTIVE EXCEPT WATCH TV for the past 2 days.   CANT EVEN PREPARE (HEAT UP ONLY) MY OWN MEAL.

Sudden VERY SORE PAIN on my left leg when i tried to reach for delivery packages which are RETURN DATE OVERDUE.

Prevously UNABLE TO FINISH SETTING UP my room due to A WHOLE NIGHT OF NONSTOP REMOTE TORTURE leaving my room STILL IN TOTAL DISARRAY.

Now i STILL CANT CONTINUE to REORGANIZE my room due to monthly cycle LOWER AB TORTURES.

Small inconveniences (like forgetting to get some items or standing up momentarily for a drink of water) that NEVER BOTHERED me before are NOW A MAJOR SOURCE OF STRESS.  I FEEL AN EXTRAORDINARY AMOUNT OF PAIN somewhere on my upper torso with NAGGING ANGRY IDEAS EVERY TIME this happens.
