CANT RECALL WHAT I DID YESTERDAY.  Prevented from picking up where i left off and to have continuity.  Feels like I am ALWAYS BEING RUSHED TO DO THINGS but CANT SEEM TO FINISH ANY since i am ALWAYS being PREVENTED TO PLAN AHEAD.

CANNOT REACT to HARASSMENT as READILY.  Group of big kids have been MAKING A RAUCOUS SINCE MORNING.  HOOTING OVER and OVER in an IRRITATING MANNER.

Now ball being SMASHED or SLAMMED on hollow wood or cement wall.

DONT LIKE the TASTE OF WATER and DIFFICULT to DRINK.

HEAVY PAINFUL chest and torso with CLOUDY HEAD EVERY TIME i try to GET UP and STOP watching TV.

When i was able to FINALLY GET UP chest muscles GOT EVEN MORE PAINFUL with head SORE and TIGHT ALL THE WAY ROUND the sides UP to my FOREHEAD. 

I CANT FUNCTION AT ALL until i play my war audio files. 

I was FINALLY ABLE to finish defrosting and cleaning the fridge and was able to TURN IT ON which has BEEN OFF since YESTERDAY MORNING with ALL MY PERISHABLE FOOD in it. 

Even the transformer was LEFT ON with the FRIDGE OFF as i FORGOT to TURN IT OFF AGAIN when i SUFFERED ANOTHER INDUCED MENTAL BLOCK after i REMINDED myself to turn it off before going to bed since the fridge was off for defrosting, and a CARELESS SOUNDING LOUD IDEA said that i might need it for my night light and it's OK to LEAVE IT ON even with NO WORKING ELECTRICAL ITEMS using it.

It was ALARMINGLY WARMER THAN USUAL compared to when the fridge was on and USING its power.  I noticed it after CHECKING ON IT this morning which was NOT UNTIL AFTER AROUND 12PM.  I turned the fridge off around 2AM. 

These nigger REMOTE TORTURING perps REALLY JUST WANT TO SCREW and DEPRIVE ME of EVERYTHING by FORCING me to NEGLECT EVERYTHING.

Head THROBBING HARD and i get BREATHLESS EVERY TIME i get up to go to the sink to get some drinking water. 

Other than defrosting the fridge i DID NOTHING the WHOLE DAY except research about a product that got delivered this afternoon, after a FIASCO happened followed by ACCUSATIONS BOMBARDED INTO MY HEAD so much so that i had to START SHOUTING BACK, to which MY VOCAL CORDS started getting REMOTELY STRANGLED.  

The item in question and under such CONTROVERSY was a stainless steel rack.

I also see a DARK MOSQUITO flying round me since yesterday DESPITE the COLD WEATHER and it has NEITHER RAINED for the past few days.

Hands VERY SORE and STIFF as if i CARRIED SOMETHING VERY HEAVY.  Feels like it's SWELLING. 

Started earlier after i FB chatted with my sister for a mere 15-20mins.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
