Woke up.  Dh LOUD FLAK below.  VERY DROWSY after using the tpilet.  Went back to sleep.

Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back despite leaving a candle burning the whole night.

SINK and TOILET BOWL still (VERY DIRTY) and CLOGGED.

Garbage truck ARRIVES MAKING ALL SORTS OF LOUD AGGRESSIVE NOISE.

Small bells RINGING from puffer fish room and TRAIN OF THOUGHT GETS BROKEN.  MENTAL BLOCKS start and CANT THINK.  Feeling VERY PISSED.

DULL banging NOISE as i wrote the above.

VERY HUNGRY ALL OF A SUDDEN.  When i start to eat THROAT CONSTRICTS and SWALLOWED FOOD went down VERY PAINFULLY.

Something SHARP SNAGGED my throat while eating food cooked by a neighbor (selling).  It might have been an INDUCED SENSATION as i could seem to FEEL IT GOING DOWN MY THROAT TO MY STOMACH. 

Suddenly got a WHIFF of something STINKY SOON AFTER I FINISHED MY MEAL giving me the impression it was my meal.  E. L. F. perps have been MANIPULATING my FAULTY SENSE OF SMELL for a LONG TIME NOW.  They CAUSED ME TO LOSE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Starting to feel like NOT WANTING TO DO ANYTHING AGAIN.  Back of head VERY SORE and TIGHTENING FEELING.

Tambourine BEATS from puffer fish room.  LOUD door SLAM from a nearby room with CHEST JOLT.
