Woke up but CANT GET UP.   VERY DROWSY and lower back VERY SORE.

Woke up but VERY SORE AND PAINFUL lower back still.  Fell asleep WITHOUT brushing teeth last night.

SINK AND TOILET BOWL (VERY DIRTY since yesterday) STILL VERY CLOGGED.

Kitchen is in a state of DISARRAY too due to UNFINISHED FURNITURE MOVE wherein a new set of shelves was supposed to replace the old CLUTTERED one. 

CANT HEAT UP or COOK anything WITHOUT HAVING TO MOVE A LOT OF STUFF out of the way which FORCES ME TO EAT COLD or STALE FOOD MOST OF THE TIME due to the REMOTELY INDUCED CHAGRIN I FEEL while looking at the PILE of containers, pots and pans around the sink.

The REMOTE TORTURE perps would further use this as an excuse to INDUCE GAS in my STOMACH and cause it to BLOAT while i slept (giving me BACK PROBLEMS and LETHARGY when i wake up) then accusing me that it's due to the COLD or unheated STALE food that i eat.

While looking around the room to tidy and rearrange some stuff  nanny whore with kid next door said "THAT BAD" while standing near the door.  Sound of car with LOUD ENGINE ARRIVES.

Seconds later VERY SORE PINCER like FEELING at the back of my head starts AGAIN and my VISION DARKEN.  Feels like i am SQUINTING as i CANT SEE VERY WELL.  It's like the CORNERS of my EYES had CLOSED IN.

VERY DIZZY and head HEAVY with VERY SORE PINCER SHARP WARM feeling on back of my head and on my left jaw when i move away from music sound (on my audio) as i try to do some chores.

Shoulder and back of neck VERY WARM even if it's CHILLY inside the room.  HEAVY PALPITATIONS even if only PERFORMING LIGHT CHORES.  Repeated SHARP ITCHY PRICKS on the left side at the back of neck.

VERY SORE ULCER feeling in my stomach even if i had pizzas earlier.  More FREQUENT VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee.

DULL BANGING coming from puffer fish's and cult nanny's rooms.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
