Still CANT DO ANYTHING except have a meal.  This is the ONLY meal i have had since morning.

Have NOT DONE any of my laundry (both inner and outer wear) for OVER 6 MONTHS NOW due to NONSTOP DIZZINESS HEADACHES and DEBILITATING PAINFUL MUSCLE CRAMPS which FORCES ME TO WAKE UP LATE and to SLEEP LATE WITHOUT HAVING DONE ANYTHING but ONLY A FEW CHORES and SOME WORK ONLINE.  CANT EVEN THINK.

My room is still LEFT IN TOTAL DISARRAY (after i GOT TORTURED THE WHOLE DAY with NONSTOP EXTREME DIZZINESS that made me want tonVOMIT) since the last time i tried to REARRANGE IT after buying some necessary furniture.

Still CANT DO ANYTHING.  Head GRADUALLY STARTS TO HURT when i START TO DO something and when i am already IN THE MIDDLE OF AN ACTIVITY the SORENESS TURNS INTO A FULL-BLOWN HEADACHE and i HAD TO STOP EVERYTHING and the REST IS A VERY SLOW HEAVY and DRAGGING PROCESS with ON-OFF EXTREME MUSCLE PAIN and HEADACHES causing me NOT TO ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING AT ALL EITHER.

SHARP PAIN and SORENESS ALL OVER SUDDENLY DIMINISHES. This was promptly followed by a DULL SLAP next door (puffer fish room).

STIFFNESS INDIGESTION and DIFFICULTY BREATHING STARTS AGAIN.

VERY PAINFUL SORE and HEAVY FEELING on the back of my head and neck suddenly stopped.  But started to get CHEST PAINS and VERY PISSED while locking the door to prepare for bed.  Started TALKING BACK.

Earlier puffer whore (assaulting) next door SUDDENLY ARRIVED while I was INDUCED and TORTURED to delay doing my chores at the door UNTIL SHE ARRIVED whereby she left her door wide open to show their room's SUDDEN UNCLUTTERED and OVERLY WHITE WALLS and i was FORCED TO GO BACK with ANOTHER PAINFUL HEADACHE as i FORGOT SOMETHING.

Later my sister was at the door talking to me and a small dh in a checkered shirt arrived with a BULKY BACKPACK on his back swiping my sister with it.

Woke up and was able to FINALLY GET UP.   Left hip and leg VERY SORE and STIFF for no reason (had a blanket on).  

SINK STILL VERY CLOGGED.  Water starting to stink again.

Legs and knees hurt and had to sit down.  DIZZINESS STARTS.

FORCED TO LIE DOWN and FELL ASLEEP AGAIN.  LOUD MUSIC (provocative afro beats) starts again as i got up.  Dh somewhere below BARKING.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
