Woke up but did not get up yet.  LOUD MUSIC STARTS TO PLAY OUTSIDE.  Nose starts to get VERY ITCHY and RUNNY.   Sink still VERY CLOGGED. 

Been waking up many times since 1AM due to alarm clock i set so i can brush my teeth BUT PAIN in my back and ABNORMALLY HEAVY FEELING KEPT ME from waking up.

PAIN IN MY BACK and ALL OVER MY BODY STOPPED when music outside started to play.

SHARP PAIN on my right shoulder all the way to thru my shoulder blade.  Right arm and hand feels NUMB.

HEAVY and SHARP STENCH of ROTTING FOOD and OIL FILLING MY ROOM.  I start to SNEEZE.

Right arm and hand VERY SORE with DULL PAIN after ONLY AN HOUR'S WORK (LIGHT) on the computer. 

Work site system MISCOUNTING worked tasks RECURRING ERROR. It always COMES SHORT by 3 or more and my PERFORMANCE RATE ALSO DRASTICALLY GOES DOWN SUDDENLY from 80 to 50 even if my pace has not changed.

VERY HEAVY AND SORE BACK OF NECK.  CANT STAND UP WITHOUT FEELING ANY PAIN.  CANT THINK.  EYES HEAVY.  Had to lie down.  Have NOT BRUSHED MY TEETH YET. 

Same feeling DELAYED ME FROM PUTTING AWAY my computer stuff.  Took me 2 HOURS to FINISH a 15-30 mins chore.

PAINFUL ACNE GROWING at the opening of my LEFT EAR.  ITCHING and STINGING RASH on the LEFT SIDE of my neck JUST BELOW MY EAR AND JAW BONE.

Woke up around 8:45PM with a VERY SORE LOWER BACK.  Sink STILL VERY CLOGGED and starting to STINK. 

Got message about my ladder delivery.  Puffer fish whore (assaulted me) TALK ALOUD from inside their room while i was near door like she was giving out orders.

ON-OFF TIGHT and THROBBING PAINFUL feeling around my head.

PAIN IN MY head and STRONG SMELL CONTINUES.  Smells like INSECTICIDE SPRAYED IN THE HALLWAY when i went near the door.

Insecticide odor gets STRONGER even if I CANT REALLY SMELL IT due to poor sense of smell.  But the ON-OFF HEADACHE TORTURE REMINDS ME THERE IS A SMELL.

While about to sit down LOST BALANCE AND ARM STRENGHT and ALMOST BROKE MY WRIST.

Being FORCED TO EAT thru ULCER LIKE PAIN and RAVENOUS HUNGER or STRONG URGE TO EAT NOW even if i DONT REALLY FEEL LIKE EATING ANYTHING.  

Since there was NOTHING PREPARED TO EAT I END UP EATING A VERY SPICY READY TO EAT MEAL INSTEAD.
