Started to smell a STRONG STENCH like the SEWERS.  CANT PINPOINT EXACTLY where it's coming from as my nose SUDDENLY LOSES ITS SENSE OF SMELL AGAIN.  Seems to come from the OUTSIDE. 

STRONG PAINFUL URGE TO PEE STARTS then stopped.
