Woke up just now.  Woke up earlier but COULD NOT GET UP.  Felt COLD with BACK PAIN.

Sink still VERY CLOGGED.

SUDDEN VERY ITCHY nose followed PROMPTLY by SNEEZING.

Having A LOT OF MENTAL BLOCKS.  VERY LIGHT-HEADED

Just woke up with VERY SORE and PAINFUL ribs, back and shoulders. 

Sink still VERY CLOGGED.

SLOW BASS MUSIC playing outside while i was at the door going from LOUD to SOFT VOLUME.  Each time it goes LOUD i feel A STRONG DULL PAIN on my chest.

It stopped then started again and seemed to have TRANSITIONED to the front room (puffer fish).

It's now playing FASTER BASS music.  I can feel the bass sound REVERBERATING ON MY UPPER TORSO.

Its now playing slow music with BASS sound mimicking a HEARTBEAT just loud enough for me to hear.  Sensation RUNNING UP MY ASS now. 

The film i watched last night (Dr Sleep) had similar sound effects.

Some minutes ago ALMOST MADE A PAN OF BOILING WATER SPILL ON ME as i ACCIDENTALLY HIT its handle due to a SUDDEN OVERLY BLURRED VISION and DISORIENTATION with a VERY HEAVY FEELING.  I seem to have NO PRESENCE of MIND and KEPT FORGETTING WHERE I PLACED STUFF which i left only a few minutes before or i CANT SEEM to SEE THEM right in FRONT OF ME. 

Now my upper torso is VERY SORE AND PAINFUL as i try to wash a few plates and utentils that have started to PILE UP on the sink.

Still CANT SLEEP.  Lower left back molar starting to HURT.   It had NOT been hurting for a few days now.

2025-06-09-15: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
