Woke up to the sound of someone CURSING or SWEARING.  Started SNEEZING HARD.  There seems to be a pungent smell of CIGARETTE SMOKE in the room.  DULL PAIN and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE feeling with NAGGING IDEA that i would rather NOT WAKE UP JUST YET or AT ALL.  Been going on like this in my head for about a week now for NO REASON. 

Did not go to bed until around 6 this morning for some reason.

Voltage regulators VERY WARM.

Sink still VERY CLOGGED.  Just washed some dishes etc.  There are some still left lying around the sink.  Nose still ITCHY and RUNNY.

NONSTOP nose ITCH.  CRAWLING or MOVING sensation on my right nostril even if i DID NOT TOUCH ANYTHING DIRTY.

VERY PAINFUL URGE to pee.  Lower ab feels BLOATED.

VERY SORE and TIGHT BACK OF HEAD.  FORCED to lie down.  Felt like PUKING even while lying on the bed.

Woke up.  Lower back VERY PAINFUL and STIFF.  Weather was NOT EVEN THAT COLD.

Woke up earlier but COULD NOT GET UP due to the PAIN.  FORCED to go to sleep last night WITHOUT BRUSHING MY TEETH AGAIN.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
