Woke up.  A dh sneezed EXAGGERATEDLY outside my window.  My nose started to ITCH and I SNEEZE too.

Checking on laundry machine purchase.  Some problem with water drain.

Puffer fish room start playing rap music ALOUD.

CANT CONCENTRATE or THINK about what i am supposed to do nexf.

Shoulders and chest SUDDENLY VERY PAINFUL and SORE.

Lower left back molar VERY SORE and TENDER.

VERY SORE NECK and HEAVY HEAD and OVERLY DROWSY.

Woken up due to VERY ITCHY corners of both eyes.   Started SNEEZING.  STRONG STENCH of the SEWERS coming from the outside and FILLING THE ROOM.

Finished brushing my teeth and SPRAYING the whole room.  Sat down for awhile but CANT GET UP now.  Feeling WEAK and DISORIENTED.
