Woke up around 7AM.  Woke up earlier but FELL BACK to sleep.  Now suddenly feeling SORE and HEAVY.  I have NOT even DONE ANYTHING yet.

LOUD RADIO starts from puffer fish room playing foreign Asian songs with MOCKERY.   This is followed by love songs then the USUAL "Right Here Waiting For You."
