feeling on my upper torso as i SLOWLY put away dirty dishes on the sink.

Woke up but CANT GET UP.  Earlier this morning the tightening on my chest only stopped when i PLANNED ON WORKING ONLINE as i CANT SLEEP anyways.

BLARING THUMPING MUSIC playing outside.  Chest TIGHTENING and getting SORE again. 

SLAPS (to make my chest JOLT) on the door of puffer fish room while i was at the kitchen.

Big dark roach suddenly crawled into the room and onto my bed.  Had to look for and spray insecticide in some parts of the room.  But spray bottle NOT WORKING.  Cheap insecticide bought by my sister had DEFORMED my reused plastic spray (from anti-bug skin spray). 

Had set up pc but still UNABLE TO START WORK ONLINE due to these NONSTOP nigger INCURSIONS.

STRONG SMELL of insecticide from across the hallway getting into my room.  Throat SORE AND DRY.

Lower back VERY SORE.  CANT GET UP for a drink of water.

Went to rest and to wake up in a short while  to brush my teeth.  Start to feel some stomach DISCOMFORT even if i had a full dinner.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
