Woke up earlier but CANT GET UP.   IDEAS IN MY HEAD.

Fell asleep last night NOT BRUSHING MY TEETH.   Lower left BROKEN molar starting to GET SORE NOW and i STILL CANT STAND UP.   FLASHING IMAGES IN MY HEAD OF THE KITCHEN GIVING ME A VERY SORE FEELING.

CANT GET ONLINE.  Sites for online work are getting BLOCKED. 

SPILLED WATER on my work area while trying to RESPOND TO THE NOISES AROUND ME.

Sink and toilet still CLOGGED.  DONT FEEL LIKE BRUSHING MY TEETH when i look at the dishes PILED UP on the sink.

When i went back to the sink i FELT SOMETHING VERY WARM at the back of my head and GOT VERY DIZZY.  Had to lie back down again.

Woke up feeling like I am coming down with the FLU. Head HURTS or SORE. Started SNEEZING. Left nostril CLOGGED.

Back of neck VERY SORE or PAINFUL.  Had to sit down again.

LOUD MUSIC playing outside from the direction of the door joined by a black sounding voice (like a recording) TALKING ALOUD from the direction of the window.

VERY SLEEPY.

Swept the floor underneath table (center of room). A small MOUND OF SAND had formed similar to one at the corner near the window.  It's like small amounts of SAND OR DIRT are being SPRINKLED from above the window or from the hallway just above the screen door.

STRONG SHARP LINGERING ITCH in my nose while sweeping and scooping up the dirt.

CANT STAND UP for long and GETS STUCK when i am sitting down.  PAINFUL ULCER LIKE feeling in my stomach even if I AM NOT FEELING HUNGRY.  NONSTOP SOUND OF water faucet being turned ON-OFF below STARTING TO PISS ME OFF.

Left ear NONSTOP HURTING.  Felt TIGHTENING AROUND the SIDES OF MY HEAD.  Had to put earplugs on.

HEAVY PALPITATIONS.  CANT EAT and HAVE NOT EATEN ANYTHING (full meal) YET BUT BREAD and CHEESE since morning. 

Lower left molar VERY SORE and TENDER when touched. 

Whore with WHINING kid from next door NONSTOP CHANTING "BYE" OVER and OVER AGAIN beside my door while VERY PISSED OFF FEELING STARTS.  This was followed by FAKE SPORTS routine outside my window.

Suddenly started SNEEZING VERY HARD after eating a waffle (2nd).  Stopped after i started making NOISES.
