LOUD IRRITATING BASS music starts playing outside as soon as i got out

Sink still CLOGGED.  Legs and lower back getting SORE   Had to lie down.  NOSE ITCHING AGAIN and VERY RUNNY.  FELL ASLEEP.

Woke up with a VERY SORE and HEAVY feeling.  Lower back and chest SORE and HEAVY.  Fingers VERY STIFF.

While trying to SALVAGE WHATS LEFT OF MY STINKY UNDERWEARS which have been SOAKING FOR OVER 3 MONTHS, VERY IRRITATING LOUD SLOW BASS sound plays outside OVER AND OVER AGAIN.  Something PAINFUL and SORE IN MY CHEST STARTS. 

BLARING RADIO ANNOUNCER FLAK and MUSIC from front (puffer') room starts.

LOUD bass MUSIC CONTINUES from inside puffer fish's room (directly in front of our door).   Sounds like the speaker is in front of the door or placed inside the bathroom. 

Felt like my THROAT was GETTING CONSTRICTED WHILE I WAS SHOUTING AWHILE AGO.   

Being TORTURED TO FEEL ULCER PAIN IN MY STOMACH.
