Woke up with a CLOGGED NOSE despite the lit candle near the door.  Feeling STIFF and HEAVY AGAIN with some pain or soreness on the chest.  DONT FEEL LIKE STAYING UP.  Had to lie down again.

NOSE starts to ITCH.  Smell of STINK in the room like from the SEWERS. 

Sink still VERY CLOGGED.

Feeling PAIN and SORENESS when i put away beddings.

AGGRESSIVE or VIOLENT VERBAL noise below and SLAPS from above START.

Feeling WEAK. Stomach VERY SORE but i DON'T FEEL HUNGRY and NO APPETITE AT ALL.

Still feeling PISSED OFF about something.  I was  unable to work further yesterday as i was FORCED TO LIE DOWN THE WHOLE AFTERNOON DOING NOTHING with DELUSIONAL IDEAS in my head that i will still GET PAID for it. 

Kids somewhere upstairs making ASSES OF THEMSELVES.

Woke up 30mins ago to brush my teeth. On the 2nd alarm (after readjusting due to sleepiness) felt a breeze on my nose then i STARTED SNEEZING.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
