Woken up by a VERY PAINFUL STOMACH.

Woke up.  Brushed my teeth.  Started to feel PAIN and HEAVINESS AGAIN and had to go back to bed.

Woke up.  Sun is up and nose STARTS TO ITCH.  Feeling OVERLY WARM and SWEATY.  Still CANT GET UP due to some form of PAIN.  Loud fast music starts playing outside. Someone dragging furniture on the ceiling. 

Small roaches CRAWLING on my bed and on the wall.

Eyes and face starting to ITCH UNCONTROLLABLY.  Nose RUNNY and BLOCKED.

Hard VERY ITCHY and PAINFUL SNEEZING AGAIN after some CHIME shaking sound from a room next door.  Nose CLOGS UP PROMPTLY.

Nose and eyes still ITCHING UNCONTROLLABLY and VERY CLOGGED.  Rinsing them with water or blowing my nose DOESN'T HELP.   Started making NOISE.

Itching had stopped a bit but left nostril STILL CLOGGED.

Woke up some minutes ago.  NO SNEEZING OR NOSE BLOCKED.  Left a candle burning while i slept.

But i fell asleep (UNCONSCIOUSLY TURNED OFF phone alarm AGAIN) WITHOUT BRUSHING my teeth AGAIN and left some FOOD LYING AROUND.  Did not see any roaches or ants though.

Legs and lower back ON-OFF SORENESS and WEAKNESS.  It's FORCING me to sit down OVER and OVER AGAIN. 

Feeling VERY PISSED OVER A PROJECT.

DID LESS THAN HALF OF THE DAY'S QUOTA due to NAGGING PISSED FEELING that i have to WRITE a LETTER.  

Nose CLOGGED AGAIN.  TROUBLE BREATHING.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
