Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back.  COULD BARELY MOVE my legs.  It's NOT EVEN THAT COLD.  Started SNEEZING. 

SWEATING even if it's CLOUDY and OVERCAST outside.  OVERLY WARM feeling. 

Sink still CLOGGED. 

Fell asleep WITHOUT BRUSHING my teeth last night???

Corners of both eyes RAW and SORE from my SCRATCHING them last night due to NON STOP ITCHING ALL OVER MY FACE.

MGRAINE starting after i got down to get a delivered package. 

Lower ab CRAMPS has also started.  

Awhile ago dh maintenance arrived an HOUR EARLY for scheduled check on our clogged sink.  When i verified that the sched was not until 10AM the dh DENIED IT followed by a SLAM NOISE.

Kids upstairs making a RAUCOUS and LOUD FLAK saying ALOUD "turkey" while i was near the window.

Sun is SHINING and WARM outside.  But it's not that warm in my room but i am SWEATING. 

Lower left ab STARTING TO HURT.  My monthly started 2 days.

Someone QUIETLY arrives at front room.  My nose starts to CLOG.

Nose starting to CLOG and feeling a bit chilly.  So i turned electric fan off.  OVERLY WARM FEELING starts.  Now SUDDEN nose PRICKS and SNEEZING.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
