Woke up.  Fell asleep WITHOUT brushing teeth. Failed to wake up by alarm set to go off after an hour.  VERY SORE BACK and RIBS.   Nose VERY CLOGGED.

Fell asleep again and woke up just now. Still HAVE NOT brushed teeth.  HARD VERY ITCHY SNEEZING.

LOUD MUSIC BLARING since i woke up. Random HARD SNEEZING.  Eyes TIGHTENING with VISION DARKENING.

Right ear VERY ITCHY NONSTOP.

ULCER like feeling in my stomach.  Ate some choco cookies.  HAVE NOT prepared food yet due to filing COMPREHENSIVE CENSUS form purportedly given out by the baranggay for new quarantine pass.  

Everyone is being required to personally submit the form at the admin office downstairs before 12PM.  I was NOT ABLE to.  But my sister did who got ANGRY with me for being SLOW. 

ANGRY IDEA that it's the WRONG PROCEDURE for social distancing.

Megaphone BLARING re quarantine pass by the security guard.  BLUE SCREEN on laptop AGAIN.

One of my pets had turned BELLY UP but still very much alive.  I DONT KNOW what happened now.  

Some kind of HYPERACIDITY and INDIGESTION happening in my stomach even if there's NOTHING WRONG with what i ate the whole day.  VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. 

The sink had CLOGGED UP AGAIN even if I DID NOT WASH ANYTHING in it the WHOLE DAY except one SMALL PAN.

Stomach feels HARD with ON-OFF DULL PAIN.  CANT STAND LONG ENOUGH to brush my teeth and prepare for bed.  

Nose NONSTOP ON-OFF ITCH.

Still CANT FIND minty ointment that i apply to my nose to RELIEVE the ITCHING.

SNEEZING CONTINUES.  Palate VERY SORE and ITCHY.   Face also ITCHING and eyes.
