Went to bed.  VERY PAINFUL URGE TO PEE a few minutes ago.

Woke up around 6am via alarm but fell back to sleep.  Woke up again at 7am.  LOUD music started playing outside. 

Felt an urge to move my bowels.  PAINFUL since i had the ORDEAL of moving my bowels yesterday like it was made of CEMENT.  Some muscle/s felt like it was NOT MOVING which caused the stool to get STUCK HALFWAY.   I also felt VERY SORE ALL OVER and it seemed like my back and side muscles were REMOTELY INDUCED to get OVERLY WEAK with ONLY my UPPER ABDOMINAL muscles moving which made the process TAKE LONGER and even MORE PAINFUL.

The toilet bowl is STILL VERY CLOGGED but the sink has cleared up.
