Only slept for 2-3 hours this morning.

Started SNEEZING NONSTOP a few minutes after that.  While self-talking at the kitchen puffer whore next door hooting SOFTLY behind their door.

Asshole dh arrived next door (puffer fish room) and left SLAMMING THE DOOR REAL HARD.

I started SHOUTING.

Dh kid starts AGGRESSIVE NOISE and FLAK again.

Woken up by a knock outside puffer fish room.  There was talk about baranggay again.

Felt PALPITATIONS and SORE feeling in my stomach even if I WAS NOT THINKING or FEELING ANYTHING. 

Then I felt urge to move my bowels.  Toilet bowl was CLOGGED AGAIN and so was my bowels.  My underside felt VERY SORE and STINGING after.

Puffer fish whore HITS her door while I was self-talking at the kitchen and RETALIATES as i respond in the same manner.

Then turns on RADIO FULL BLAST to drown out my tablet audio.

CANT MOVE TOWARDS the kitchen.  I feel DIZZY HEAVY and SORE.  VERY IRRITATED when i HEAR the VOICE of another of the foreign dhs next door.

Kid starts to ACT OUT AGGRESSIVELY and NOISILY.

When i am able to go back to the kitchen i SUDDENLY FEEL the URGE to PEE when i am at the sink to brush my teeth

OVERLY WARM feeling on my shoulders and neck.
