Back of head and nape feels NUMB  STIFF and SORE ALMOST PAINFUL including my back and shoulders.  CANT THINK PROPERLY or do simple chores to prepare for bed.

I just feel like sitting down and eating.  Stomach ACHING ON-OFF.

Knees UNUSUALLY SORE and STIFF.  Movements VERY SLOW.  HEAVY PALPITATIONS and STATIC in my head.  CANT THINK AHEAD or what i need to do next.  Feels like AIMLESSLY DOING THINGS. 

As i feel like DRAGGING myself to do things, NON STOP HURRIED THUMPING on the ceiling

When i turn my head from side to side my neck feels STIFF and SORE and i get DIZZY or DISORIENTED.

Foreign kids start RUNNING BACK and FORTH outside the door talking ALOUD as i go to bed.

Woke up.  OVERLY WARM feeling on my neck shoulders and back.

Wound on my right leg at the side of knee.

Upper back ITCHING despite powder and scalp at the back of my head.  Right knee SORE with DULL PAIN when i move.

Stomach and lower ab feels BLOATED.

Lower left (half-chipped) molar VERY SORE with DULL PAIN.  Feels like SWELLING.

Went to bed.  Foreign kid LOUD AGGRESSIVE FLAK NONSTOP for more than an hour now.

Nape RASHES ITCHING UNCONTROLLABLY AGAIN.

Lower left molar srarts to hurt as i woke up.  Chest SORE.   Wheezing when i breathe.  DRY coughing.

Yesterday my sis checked out the price of vinegar.  It had a 100% increase.  Same with the margarine i asked her to buy recently.

Having some form of INDIGESTION since the water delivery was PREVENTED from delivering here.  I had to resort to a HOME FILTER.  My stomach feels  BLOATED.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
