EXTREME PAIN ON MY CHEST and BACK OF EARS and SHOULDERS in sync to NONSTOP LOUD or SOFT BALL DRIBBLING noise, WON'T LEAVE until i turned SIREN ON.

Chest starts to HURT AGAIN when i took tablet (SIREN) away from the door.

Woke up.  PAINFULLY fell asleep WITHOUT brushing my teeth and feeding pets.  But no sore hangover when i woke up.

Some online merchants (Oria) SEEMINGLY REFUSING to sell me products by LYING or DELAYING GIVING INFO.

One of the delivered packages SEALED BOX was OPENED for REASONS UNKNOWN (Nokiaph). Now i still have to go thru the HASSLE of having it EXCHANGED for a new one for fear of phone TAMPERING or SECURITY BREACH.  Exchange item (supposedly SEALED) at a nearby store (15-30mins ride) since last week.  CANT GET TO IT due to NONSTOP HARASSMENT.

Left ring finger and lower left back molar (3/4 chipped) SORE even after brushing teeth.  Lower back (spine) too as i brush my teeth.

Fell asleep again around 5AM and woke up just now.

LOUD MOCKING or PROVOKING music started to play.

VERY SORE and STIFF lower back and legs with PAIN at the spine and chest, SLOWING ME DOWN while cleaning my pets for almost an hour.  Could BARELY MOVE my legs and CANT LIFT my back STRAIGHT and i had to STOOP and hold on to the sink.

I have 3 sickly pets to attend to as it is.

NAGGING IDEA that i should start doing tasks on the new project ASAP, even when my mother will be around soon and i wont be able to use the sink to change my pets' (stinking) water anymore.  When i didnt do any of the sort, after an HOUR of NONSTOP NAGGING a teenage sounding dh said "talo" from inside next door or near my door.

Feeling OVERLY EXHAUSTED and SORE in the legs and lower back even as i sat down to rest.  Getting DROWSY too.

Woke up to the sound of a GROWL SNORT in my head or outside below the window.

I still CANT FIND the time to exchange the TAMPERED phone unit i purchased as part of a project task about 3 weeks ago.  I am ALMOST ALWAYS DROWSY and OVERLY TIRED. I CANT TAKE A BATH, launder by hand my undies which have been SOAKING for OVER A MONTH NOW, or ORGANIZE the stuff in my room which are PILING UP.

Feeling TIGHT in the chest when i got up.  Sudden CHOKE-COUGH with VERY ITCHY THROAT and CONSTRICTED nose

VERY TROUBLESOME PAINFUL URGE TO PEE specially when I'm trying to DO SOMETHING which i THINK is IMPORTANT or BENT ON DOING.

It has become MORE REGULAR and FREQUENT for the PAST FEW DAYS just like the LOUD DRIBBLING and SMASHING basketball dhs every morning and ALL throughout the DAY. 

They are really just BENT ON SCREWING me from ESTABLISHING a CONSISTENT SCHED for my NEWFOUND WORK (at home), as well as RUINING my BLADDER and my HEALTH while they're at it.
