CANT MOVE PROPERLY.  VERY WEAK leg muscles and sides of torso.  CANT STAND PROPERLY or RAISE my head.

Feet COLD and STIFF.  Had to SIT DOWN.

Went to bed late AGAIN.  Movements VERY SLOW feeding my pets.  Took LONGER than usual due to DROWSINESS.  NAGGING IDEAS that i have to do this and that.  MENTAL BLOCKS and CANT THINK. 

New project HAS STARTED with tasks and i have NOT EVEN STARTED.  Was supposed to WAKE UP EARLY later this morning to start work.
