Woke up around 5:30am.  Prepared for an online interview.  Finished with the interview about 2 hours ago but my head is still CRACKLING with NAGGING IDEAS. 

Feeling VERY HEAVY on the head and shoulders right now.  Neck OVERLY WARM STIFF and SORE.  No heavy palpitations.

VERY SORE and OVERLY WARM ALL OVER.  CANT MOVE PROPERLY.  Had to lie down AGAIN. 

Spent the WHOLE AFTERNOON just lying down already.

CANT MOVE.  SUDDEN WEAK JOINTS and MUSCLES.  When i lie down right nostril gets CLOGGED followed by SHARP PRICK to my left.

Around 6PM internet download for an bank app (GCash with GSave) update was BLOCKED as it was about to complete.  LOST data and UPDATE INCOMPLETE and bank app still INOPERABLE.

VERY STRONG CIGAR-LIKE SMOKE or AROMA in my nose.

2025-06-09-15: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. PHOTOSENSITIVE and BLURRED vision with PAINFUL THROBBING on the sides of my head. 2025-06-09 12-06-52 Stomach still BLOATING. 2025-06-11 00-18-11 Right upper chest and arm VERY SORE and PAINFUL. 2025-06-11 05-35-10 Took a LONG TIME for me to re-setup the surveillance cam (about 2-3 hours) as it WON'T CONNECT to my phone's wifi due to my vpn (which wasn't the case before). 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool). It can't be removed from the inside (I tried), however, which is why I was clueless until now. 2025-10-07 12-50-58 PAIN on my chest has started again. 2025-10-08 06-24-03 VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee CONSTANTLY.   2025-10-08 08-02-23 Woke up with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee 2025-10-08 13-06-06 Woke up for the 2nd time with same VERY PAINFUL URGES to pee with an INCREASINGLY SORE lower back.
