Forced to take a long nap earlier.  Woke up about an hour ago.  Prepared some dinner while heating up water for a bath. 

Lower back and legs got SORE and STIFF again after meal.   Feeling VERY TIRED each time i GET UP.  IDEAS to SIT UP and GET ONLINE but lower back starts to HURT even as i am lying down.

VERY SLEEPY and HEAVY.  Went to bed to rest for awhile and wake up again after an hour to FEED MY PETS.   Nose ITCHING as i lie down.

Lower left molars VERY SORE and SENSITIVE for 3 days now.  SUDDENLY subsided when i wrote this.

Woke up.  Left hip VERY STIFF and SORE.  Palate SORE and ITCHY.  Started SNEEZING.

Left SORE hip HURTS when i MOVE ABOUT.  CANT DO ANYTHING but sit down.

Legs OVERLY SORE.  Left hip still SMARTS.  Had to sit down.

2 of my pets died.  One was still a baby and the other a favorite adult.  Both were light brown colored.  Another 4 looked ILL and i had to quarantine them.

Failed to change their water last night due to NONSTOP DROWSINESS, OVERLY SORE MUSCLES and FORCED SLEEP.  GREAT DIFFICULTY waking up.

Lower back and legs OVERLY SORE and STIFF.  Could NOT STAND UP LONG ENOUGH to prepare breakfast.

Many snails look ILL and CANT EAT properly.  I HAD to SPEND MORE TIME  attending to them when they GET ILL. 

CONSTANTLY being PREVENTED (by NONSTOP DROWSINESS and SLEEP) from CLEANING them causes me to STAND UP LONGER when they get ill as i transfer them from one tub to another and CONSTANTLY MONITOR them.

I had NOT BEEN ABLE to DO ANYTHING for 2 days now EVEN PREPARE my OWN MEAL (and EAT) as I am ALWAYS BEING FORCED to LIE DOWN and GO TO SLEEP.

My legs and lower back are OVERLY SORE, WEAK and PAINFUL EVEN IF IM SEATED and RESTING.

Remotely induced RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS (clogged nose, sore or itchy throat, palate, itchy nose, etc) PREVENT ME FROM EATING  SNACKS (cookies or biscuits) and DAIRY (bread milk butter) which can be instantly eaten.
