Woken up by an incessant ITCHING on my left eye.  I was about to SCRATCH IT RAW.

Fell asleep last night WITHOUT brushing my teeth and feeding my pets AGAIN.

Just recalled that i might not have written about the 2 missing brown worms that i found inside a can that has my pets' feeding supply (fish flakes etc).

They were placed there INTENTIONALLY while i was out and my video app (SeeU) surveillance on my tablet was malfunctioning.  My 4-combi lock was already screwed then.

The can was tall and had a very smooth surface all around so it wasnt possible for the worms to scramble up by themselves.

Fell asleep again WITHOUT brushing my teeth or feeding my pets.  Woke up just now with a VERY SORE back and chest.  CANT MOVE much. 

Must be due to the weather.  Its been raining almost everyday for a week now.  (I found out later that it WAS NOT the CASE.  I was getting remotely TORTURED again).

My mother just left for the market.  She only wore slippers (slippery ones) despite my warning her.

Very DIZZY and HEAVY.  CANT THINK.

LOUD MUSIC outside started about an hour later.

Feeling VERY HEAVY.  NO APPETITE.  Head SORE leading to a MIGRAINE.  Chest TIGHT and getting BREATHLESS.  SORENESS at the back of ears. 

Heating up water to take a bath.

Had to lie down.  IDEA that i DONT HAVE TO TAKE A BATH TODAY as wounds on my right butt (burnt psoriasis) are still a bit fresh.

Fell asleep and woke up now but still FEELING HEAVY and DROWSY. Chest starts to get SORE again.

Still VERY HEAVY in the head.  Eyes SQUEEZING sensation.  VERY DIZZY IF I MOVE my eyes or head.

Kids YELLING ANGRILY.
