CANT DECIDE ON WHAT TO DO.  I keep STOPPING and PAUSING NOT SURE on what to do.  I feel PAIN or DISCOMFORT that makes me stop with NAGGING IDEA/S in my head.

AFTER IM FINISHED WITH ONE IDEA ANOTHER FOLLOWS.

When i also start TO DO something that im getting NEGATIVE or CONFLICTING IDEAS about i feel my eyes and forehead CONSTRICTING and i get DIZZY.

Can someone please KILL ALL THESE E.L.F. ASSHOLES NOW.

Feeling HUNGRY with PAIN on the left side of my tummy.  Had to eat and WAIT FOR 15-20 MINS before i could brush my teeth.

Have NOT brushed my teeth since morning.  FORGOT to.  Nowadays i always feel VERY TIRED after doing a water change for my pets and tend to FORGET TO BRUSH MY TEETH at least twice a day (after lunch and before bed).

FINALLY went to bed.  But NOT WITHOUT IDEAS (jobs) in my head making me even MORE DROWSY.

Sometimes i do feel like im going CRAZY with these NONSTOP OPPOSING, CONFLICTING and NAGGING IDEAS whenever they start.

Woken up by a VERY ITCHY left ear.

Woken up by WARM TEMPERATURE as my mother has the habit of opening the toilet door too wide blocking the cool air coming in from the outside door.

CANT go back to sleep.  TOO WARM feeling despite cool air coming from the open door.  NONSTOP ITCHY SKIN around my neck and chest.

IDEA that i should just do the water change for my pets as early as now.   Or get online and watch the tutorial on copywriting. 

Feeling a bit STIFF and CANT seem to DECIDE on what to do.

2025-06-09 11-32-14 Woke up with a VERY SORE and PAINFUL lower back and hips. CAN'T sit up. Had to go back to sleep and wake up a few MORE TIMES until the PAIN had lessened. Now it's my head and eyes that are being TARGETED. Same SORENESS and PRESSURE around my head and eyes. 2025-10-07-14: Mafia Perps & The Remote Torture Brigade In My Backyard

2025-10-07 12-24-22 Seemed to have LOST an item that I was CONSTANTLY USING for the past few days. My small exhaust fan also started to SHIVER or to TREMBLE and make noises whenever it's turned on. An ANGRY NAGGING idea started to suspect that the perps had gotten in again thru the new screendoor. Apparently, the bottom part can be QUIETLY removed from the outside (with the use of a carpentry tool).
