Still CANT SLEEP.  Left side of my face seemed STIFF and POUNDING.  Seeing FLASHES of LIGHT at the left corner of my eye every now and then.

Sleepy but CANT SLEEP.  IMAGES in my head about the RAPE SCENE last night (IMAGINED and NOT SEEN on tv) when i lie down.

Had a meal of rice with egg after taking a bath but still CRAVING for MORE food and TUMMY getting SORE (ulcer-like pain).  When i stand up to prepare another meal im STOPPED by CHEST PAIN and HEAVINESS.

DONT KNOW if i should EAT or SLEEP as i also start to feel sleepy.

IDEA to drink sweet lemonade.  Seemed to help.

After my bath while preparing a meal my snail with a cracked shell JUMPED OUT of her tub and fell to the floor.  The clay cast seemed to have stopped further breakage but she WONT EAT.  I changed her bandage but she's still not eating.

Dont know if she's just shaken or something else is wrong.  This was her 3rd FALL.

Snail finally ate.  She seemed back to normal. 

Still CANT SLEEP despite VERY DROWSY feeling.  Stomach getting TIGHT and SORE.  GAS seemed to form after i drank lemonade which was already TOO DILUTED with water and brown sugar.  So it SHOULDNT BE CAUSING any stomach upset.
