Aggressive SHARP STEEL NOISE just below window as i passed.  Audio rec was at the kitchen and was not able to catch it.

CANT seem to FINISH chores to SLEEP EARLY and i get HUNGRY NEAR BEDTIME so that i still had to eat again causing further delays. 

Happening for the last couple of weeks now.  I get to SLEEP FOR ONLY 4-6 HRS EVERY NIGHT.
