Silent No More

2021-03-30 16-25-24 SUDDEN EXTREME PAIN on my right ankle while i was getting up almost THROWING ME OFF BALANCE. A few days ago i ALMOST BROKE MY LEFT FINGERS during one of these SUDDEN DIZZY SPELLS as i STUMBLED and tried to balance myself on the wall using my left hand.
